Yes, it is.
Our software programs are perfectly legal, just like an automobile is legal. They are both vehicles. What you choose to do with your vehicle may or may not be legal. We cannot tell you what to do with your vehicle. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, just trying to explain our position to you by using a good analogy.
Email laws are just like traffic laws. You have to obey the speed limits in each state, you have to have proper registration, you cannot be reckless, etc. There are no laws preventing bulk email as long as it follows the Can Spam Act which has very simple requirements.
