STORE POLICIES

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason there is a problem with a product, please contact us before sending the item back. Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s). We require a (RMA) number to be listed on all returned packages so we can properly handle such request.

We guarantee that all products you buy are free of defects or you may return it immediately for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual.

There is a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned.

Also, please note that we will not accept returns for Cell Phones and Cell Phone Accessories. If your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer. All sales for these items are final.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dependant upon the product, products may be shipped on the date of purchase or up to four (4) days from the actual date of order placement. Several factors may impact the actual shipment date such as: Time of order placement and/or additional verification needed by our credit/fraud department. Most products are however shipped within a 48 hour time frame.
Products other than downloadable software purchased on holidays, weekends or after business hours are processed as noted above.
Once the product is shipped we provide customers with tracking link so they may request and/or view information as to shipment tracking. It is normally a tracking link provied to us by FedEX, but may be from UPS or USPS as these are our most used shipping providers.

International Shipments

Orders that are shipped outside the supplier country might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS WHICH APPLIES FOR SHIPPING

Shipping locations: All items on our site will ship to the USA only (48 internal states only).
Sales tax: A sales tax of 8.25% will be charged to deliveries made in the state of California.
We are sorry we cannot normally ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia.

Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. We do know that USA customers do incur up to a 6.5 percent custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20 percent VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!

Damage, DOA and missing parts: If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately. We will determine if the product needs to be replaced or if a replacement part needs to be sent out. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need to ship the product back to us and we will send you a replacement item via FedEX Ground service.

Packaging: We have taken additional precautions to ensure the product is shipped safely and arrives to the customer undamaged.

Returns: Due to the extremely low price of these products, we do not accept returns.

ADDITIONAL TERMS WHICH APPLIES FOR BULK EMAIL SOFTWARE

Refunds are NOT allowed on the Bulk Email Marketing Software. Our software is currently being used by hundreds of satified customers and we are certain that the software works extremely well. Refunds were discontinued mainly because of some customers ordering the software, using it to send massive spam email campaigns then later request a refund or installing the software on a operating system for which the software was not desinged. Our email marketing software exchange policy is really no different than any retail store from which you would purchase software. Once the software package is opened, in our case unlocked, no refund is allowed. Exchange for the exact product is offered if the product is damaged. We offer the same, If for some reason there should be a problem with the download and the product is not working, new downloads can be downloaded at no cost from our supplier or support department..

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of some images. This largely pertains to small items.

Inventory disclaimer:

Items listed on our website have fluctuating quantity in stock. Although most items will be available and shipped on time, we cannot offer full guarantee since these products are often sold in large lots to retail businesses.
