The Prospect line of email marketing software along with Prospect Mailer was designed to be some of the easiest to use bulk email software products available. Instead of filling these software programs with endless menus that only lead to confusion and frustration, The software was developed using a format that consists of simple wizard screens that takes you step-by-step through each process from start to finish.

This is very good bulk email software that is simple to operate. However you should note: In order to use the Send direct to the recipients mail server feature in Prospect Mailer, your ISP must have an open port 25, which is the port on your computer used to send email through. Some of the larger ISPs block this port, forcing you to send email only through their mail server. If that is the case, you must enter the mail server name that was provided by your ISP, the mail server name through your hosting account if you have a website OR the name of an authorized mail server. There are many free email services which allow this; one of the most popular is bluebottle.com
